What Data Do We Store?

Teleprompter: Floating Script is designed with privacy in mind. We only store your Google linked account details (Email and unique ID) to manage your Pro subscription status across your devices.

How to Delete Your Account

Currently, account and data deletion are handled manually by our team to guarantee that your identity is verified and all associated records are permanently erased from our Firebase backend.

To request immediate data deletion:

Please send an email from your registered Google account to:

Subject: Account Deletion Request - Teleprompter

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your email, we will verify your identity.
All linked account records and subscription metadata will be permanently deleted from our servers within 48-72 hours.
You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

Note: Deleting your data from our servers does not automatically cancel an active Google Play Store subscription. You must manage your subscriptions through the Google Play Store app.
